US Long Course champs in Wyoming. Lots of sage here. Ran with the pack until control 4, when I took water from a cup, choosing not to drink after the 3 blue runners who slobbered all over the jugs just before I got there. Barf. Then I got completely dropped by about #9 and ran the rest alone. Last saw Eric and Marcus way ahead on the ridge going towards 15. Tough day. Finished 6th overall, 4th US.
