Australia Day at Minnamurra on the river. Got some tough swimming in.
Feeling pretty stuffed after the long drive yesterday.

Drove From Melbourne to Kiama.

Went for a run in the afternoon; up and down some hills, and then around the harbour and showgrounds before heading home.

Really hot. Kiama needs more trees.

Played paintball for most of the day at Moama; 35' + meant this could probably be logged as training. A tough slog but survived; then drove down to Melbourne for Dad's birthday. Not much time for training, but am feeling absolutely wrecked.
Maybe will get a swim tomorrow.
