Note

was the only one who turned up to aths club social run.
As I had just eaten two fajitas with extra jalapenos; decided it wasn't a good idea to run. so jogged back.

slow jog around the museum for aths club social run.

Running is failing a bit this week; most of uni work due by Friday; seemingly spending every waking hour finishing essays.

Considering investing in a pair of Brooks Cascadia's for next season-
Have also seen new Mizuno Harriers to be released in December (quite good).

Does any one have any advice / comments?

Thought a nice short sprint O in Carlton Gardens would be an easy return to orienteering (espec. after a 21st the night before). Geoff Hudson had other ideas and of course set a 40 min sprint.
2X2.5km loops followed by a score.

It was good to see RFID tags in action.

great run on Black Mountain.
The first of the hot weather has arrived.
Have decided lower circumcision track heading towards the botanical gardens track is now my favourite run.
