using some creative band-aid work on my blisters I attempted to go for a run but only got as far as the end of the street, came back and resurrected an old pair of shoes.
Felt pretty stiff and sore, and needed to go to the toilet, decided to make it an extremely short loop, gradually increased the pace the whole way to about 90% coming in.
May have to rest these feet a bit tomorrow and only do technical work and riding over the weekend.
Want to get a long run in sometime.
