Got a bike trainer after years of having a spin bike in the basement - and now fully appreciating the difference between the two (yes, you can totally judge me for not realizing that sooner).

Signed up for a free month of trainer road and played around on it for a little while this afternoon - only had half an hour, but enough to get a feel for it and push some intervals.
