Bad choice of day to go for my first run back for a while... think it was around 30 degrees and I was dehydrated which didn't help. Felt pretty average running... will have to see how the first week back in proper training goes.
Have only been playing touch and going for the occasional ride for the past few weeks since doing my ankle again. Have noticed it's still quite weak so will have to try and strengthen it up.
