Felt pretty good after about 500m and still felt good until the end. Must start drills or something.

1km at 5 min/km at 2% incline followed by a 6 min/km and then back to 5 etc. calves VERY sore from wearing my orienteering shoes yesterday so this was just trying to loosen them off a little.

Beautiful run. Was lagging behind the boys a bit but it made me push that little bit more which was helpful. Felt good by the end. Although the dreaded 4km curse resurfaced as the 20km curse and I ate dirt. Almost expected now unfortunately. A blister was forming on my left so I think I was running funny which could have contributed? Otherwise I am just retarded....

Pretty happy with that considering I didn't warm up and there were a few hills involved. Felt pooped and had pushed hard. Maybe this year I can get back to some PBs.......

5x1km with 2 min rest between. Managed to do the. In under 4.30 min/km which I was happy about. Felt pretty good also. Will c how I go if a push it a bit more next time.
