I'll edit the time when results are posted. Had been excited to try out my new headlamp, however the screw that connects the headlamp to the mount hadn't been packed into the case, so unfortunately back to the old faithful for tonight.

Pretty satisfied with the orienteering, however being night o, I had to have at least one special mistake. On the longer leg from 12 to 13 while crossing some greenish marsh I managed to get turned around and preceded to run in 180 degrees the wrong direction for a few minutes.

easy spin around some lakes. Bike pretty terrible, but better then spinning in the gym so what can you do

Club was doing 6x 2 mins with 2 mins rest (1 min being some sort of strength exercise), however I decided to run longer and do a 3 min interval. Workout shorter, but worked for me since I didn't want to do a long session on my return to faster paces.

Did 4x3 min and then switched over to the 2 mins for the last 2. Legs feeling heavy on the 5th interval, and Patrick started to pull away from me so decided to keep the intervals shorter and push all out.

Legs cramping up after the squats, so went for an easy 10 minute spin to relax the legs and then went home and did some maintenance strength.

Also learned in the squats, not only do I have a rip in my pants, but also my underwear.
