Session 3 - Stage 2 - Lafarge Lake

Race time: 25:06 (getting a little better at this stop the watch business)

Good parts throughout. Bobbled 5 and had to turn back to go up the ramp as I couldn't reach lol. Should have gone through the undercover to 11 instead of to the far left. Happy I didn't lose any contours between 15-16 ran around on the levels only had to go up one massive step :D I did not visualize what 21 would look like and was a bit perplexed and then a great Ian ran past into a large ditch where the control was and I was sorted haha

The snow is hard running...

Session 2 - Training 2 - Lafarge Lake

Took turns trying different route choices. Took the 1,2, skip a few philosophy to heart though we seriously discussed the route choices between all the controls we missed. Good mental work!

Session 5 - Stage 3 FARSTA - Poirier

Race Time: 16:42 (Got less good at stopping the watch...)

I was quite happy with this race! I was calm despite the chaos. I would only change part 4 my bobble to 2 where I went too far right dropping into the lower parking lot and nearly got to 3 before correcting to 2.

Session 7 - 2 Person Relay - Citadel (Settlers)

BLARG it was hard for me to be motivated to run in the deep icy slush/snow on tired legs but the promise of a hot tub was galvanizing. On each course (1 & 3) I got a MASSIVE long unmotivating leg during which I could contemplate how miserable I was feeling running uphill through the muck without even controls to distract me... relays are still fun and cheering was great! But man I could have used some friction underfoot :P
