shoes: Pearl Izumi X-Alp Canyon
Tried the 2x20 FTP workout.
Did the first @ 270 and the 2nd I cut it back to 250 just to avoid overload. Wasn't terrible. Would've been terrible at 270 for both.
I'm running out of John Oliver to watch...need something new to get me through the zwift workouts.
