Waaay better result, even on tired legs from yesterday. Felt like I had the bike moving again today.

A good taper week of sleep and food and I should be ok to take a run at 3:30 for P2A next weekend.

Brutally slow loop after a murderous week at work. Terrible omen for P2A...that's what happens when you work yourself to exhaustion for a whole week, no sleep, bad food...terrible.
