Gowbarrow short green. Lousy start - took 10 min at no 1 not reading the map well. OK after that, strayed a bit at 3 & 11 but not too far.

Ormskirk parkrun. Set out for a steady sub-30 pace. Nice and comfortable a little bit below max.

Nomads. Bruised toe made life a bit difficult. Slight upset to balance made for hard work. Easier on tarmac.
