interval training... woohoo!!! 3 x 2min hard with 1min rest. then 3 x 5min hard with 2min rest. didn't feel like i was pushing hard enough except on the last 5min one where i just told myself to keep up with mr. longlegs. still couldn't do it but i was pushing the pace more.

had two missions to accomplish today, and managed to get 1.5 done. ran from one end of westboro right to the over but i felt good and the day was absolutely gorgeous so i didn't mind one teensy weensy bit!

skied the racing loop with the 3 other senior girls. one girl had only been out maybe 3 times but she still did super duper well we just had to wait at the top of the hills as she came putting along behind us. what a trooper!!! :)
