First indoor track workout of the season (and ever...) so I took it easy. I ran mostly the whole workout with Alex and Magnus. It was nice to have people to pace me. We took a lap break between each interval.

I ran to MIT and the track happened to be open so I did two 100s and two 200s just because. Then I ran back along the river.
