Cycle to/from new house. I think I will avoid the rocky since track tomorrow.
About 10mins of trying to find a better route at the end of the ride

Brimmond Hill from the house.
First section was scrappy due to it being over grown with nettles and thistles. Went up and over the top. Descended to the MTB car park and then tan along the road to the style on the race route. Climbed to the shoulder and then headed down to the kingswells CP. Took the circular path back round to the trail leading out of kingswells.
Nice run. In future it would be good to add in some running in tyrebagger rather than the road section.
R toe a little sore towards the end. Went over in my R ankle a couple of times which has caused some discomfort on the exterior of the jt. No real issues with the calf muscle.

From the new house around the trails towards Bucksburn and Lang Stracht.
Turned around after initially heading towards Bucksburn because I was concerned that my R calf was tightening up. Gave it a decent stretch and was able to extend the run a big further.
