Pressendye hill race. DNF
Pulled up with a R calf strain. Completely seized up.
Felt tight in the warm up but didn't think much of it. I think that I have changed my mechanics slightly to protect my toe.

Krunce 2. 6th
Quite a bit slower than last month which is a bit disappointing. Took a fall on the second lap coming of elrick and struggled for a while on the fast back trail before regaining composure to overtake Willie and hold off Coljn in another sprint finish.
Think I have broken my big toe. Stubbed it when I fell.

Great weather and most importantly not so much wind!
Prob went out too quickly again with my first km being the quickest. Settled for the middle kms and the picked it up again at the end. There were plenty around me so it was good to get that constant push.
Nothing left at the end.
