MB clinic at Carver Lake. Attack position, get off the seat, weight shift, front brake, tip bike into turn, lift front, lift back (with pedals). Spectacular crash on 4" platform in timed course. Must have been entertaining. Great instruction for a very wide range of ability. Interesting that the instructors preferred flat pedals with sticky shoes. Great introduction to a lot of concepts I was not aware of. Two hours of instruction and drills and 1/2 hour on the trails.
