LSD today and ran it with Rob. He told me he runs slow but then no walk breaks so we kept each other company for the majority of it. Near the end Julia was tired and wanted to cry so I took a walk break with her and that was a big mistake. When I started to run again my legs just did not want to move but close to the end so we just sucked it up and finished. Weather was perfect to run in :)

Didn't want to do the treadmill but sucked it up and did hills on it with a good pace.

Was suppose to just run the treadmill to get the km's in but ended up doing tempo run.
10 minute warm up
25 minute out of comfort zone pace
10 minute cool down
I wanted to die :(

Squash with Fawn. Getting better at placing my shots instead of just hitting the ball. Will get my extra km's in tomorrow at the gym.
