Squash with Jamie and boy can he play. Can see why Paul lost to him, he is unbeatable, lol! Wasn't playing for points just to get some exercise in which I did and had fun also.

Not sure of time, I really need to get into habit of looking at my start and finish times. Was a 5k tempo run, so 1k warm up 3k give it all we had and then 1k cool down. Tonight is first night in months that Grace did amazing and on way back I could not keep up with her. So proud of her :)

Warm up run to Magill, did three hill repeats running and did an extra hill walking up it and then ran down it and continued to run back to parking lot. Note, my left calf was giving me some slight pain on the way back.
