Don't know why but this trial run was perfect. Breathing was good, pace was good and of course the company is always top notch. The reward for all this was a house full of The Runs celebrating a year of being together and great food!

First time back in the pool in about two months and it showed :( Had to remind myself half way though to do bilateral breathing and I know my strokes were not efficient at all. Best part was that Anita was there! So of course we chatted a bit and then she went back to the doggy paddle because she didn't have goggles.

We all ran together, the healthy, the injured and the slow poke along the waterfront. It was a nice run :)

Went east along the waterfront for a change and it was really nice. Kept coming to forks on the path which was gravel so kept taking the right one which was great until I nearly took out three chipmunks. I don't think they cared as much as the serious bird watchers did when I scared them away as they tried to take pictures. Great place to take pictures of all the birds. Called Cranberry Marsh.

I have moved up to run with the fast group members :) Thanks Judy for setting the pace. I hope that man with the schizophrenia won't pop out again or else I am running with Fawn and or Paul he was kinda scary. On a positive note it did make Grace run faster for a little bit, lol!
