Okay Paul really is trying to kill me :( He proved it this morning when he made me run with Joe and Greg, Ultra Runners. I thought it was bad running with Don but these guys are crazy. Greg running with a coffee the whole way and not spilling anything and Judy did not help by not taking any little breaks when she was leading. It was a great experience running with them and I appreciate the positive feedback they gave me. They even took turns going at my speed which I am truly thankful for but I don't think I will run with them again. It truly was the trial form hell and I want to grow old and not have a heart attack in Seaton trail. I can cross it off my bucket list running with a soon to be belt buckle holder and a belt buckle 100 miller. Now to tapper off for my upcoming triathlon :)

Pool was quite empty and I had swimming lane to myself and the one next to me was empty for the first half hour. I think I was close to 1.5k because I was working more on speed which I completely suck at even after all this time in the pool. Not sure if I should have registered for my upcoming triathlon. May be money down the drain.

Trail run led by Don who I really liked until he made us do a hill repeat! Come on who does that? It was horrible and the pace was fast for me but I was able to keep up. Oh and when we were lucky enough to get a break it was for only 10 seconds! I thought I was going to die. Overall, I feel great that I could keep up with him and Judy.

Today's bike ride was more to just get out and enjoy a morning ride along the waterfront. Went to Brock and and turned around wasn't into doing the hill on the west side of Brock next time I will though. Really need to get someone who knows what they are doing to install the bike computer thingy for me. Hmmm, not mentioning any names but Paul comes to mind, lol!

Worked on speed tonight by kicking my legs faster and boy does that get my heart going. Would have done the full 1.5k but once the kids started playing Marco Polo, which I find the most annoying game out there, I knew it was time to leave.
