It was a nice overcast day for a 8k run this morning. Everything seems to be coming together, breathing, foot strike and arms, at least it feels to me like it is. I am feeling much more confident about the 10k race coming up in May. Thanks for pushing me Paul it is now paying off.

Correction: She was a hard ass instructor who made me sweat and cry during some of the positions. Is that better Paul. lol

Worked on core then some leg machines. Then the damn box. Anyone have an axe so I can hack that thing apart?

I LOVE the flutter board.

Pool was nice after the workout at the gym. Swimming lanes were packed again. Apparently, children aren't allowed in the members change room and this was pointed out to me while I was changing by some horrible women. I said ok and left. Then as I was waiting for the girls I see the horrible women report me to the rec staff. Said it was an honest mistake and then I said to the horrible women "do you feel better now that you have tattle tailed on me" Guess it is back to public or family change room.

Ran from Westney and Kingston Road to Magill, who I haven't visited in a while and had the same reaction when I got there which was dread. Thought I only had to do 4 hill repeats so when I was done you can imagine my horror when Paul made me do not one but two more!!! Anyhow, got it done and then was rewarded with nachos and gin so all is good again.

Hey Marc, don't forget to make your attack point more interesting for me to read please! lol

Lengths in the pool. Couldn't use the swim lane as it was crowded and every time I looked over there was a little group of people just talking away in the swim lane. Are they here to swim or talk. Lol! Jenny you rocked the swim cap.

I think my abs are getting stronger at least I hope so by now. I like the kettle ball but stupid box had to make an appearance at the end.

Ran the track in the rain and took out a few worms along the way :( 4 sets of 3 laps plus four laps for warm up. By the fourth set I knew my posture was caving in. Should be interesting to see the video footage of everyone's foot strikes.

Ended the day with some lengths in the pool. Was going real nice and relaxing until staggered start was mentioned :( Don't tell them but I let them win because that's how I roll. Lol!

First bike ride this year. Nice by the waterfront had to take a couple breaks because Grace and Julia were tired :( I would have like to go further but majority ruled. Who's the anchor now Julia???
