Hills 1:00:00 [4]

Well I didn't think it was possible to make hill and stair repeats any more fun then they already are but it happened last night. Our wonderful co coach Don suggested "why just do stair repeats let's add hill repeats to it also" So up the stairs we went and then down the hill we went. Did this 5x and gotta say I kinda enjoyed it :)
