Therapy running. Feeling very anxious tonight for no specific reason.

On the plus side, the run actually felt easy, which is the second one in a row where I could say that. Did a lot of stopping with my dog and his overactive bladder...I'm sure that helped (and isn't reflected in my time since I went with Strava's moving time).

Garmin dropped .25 miles or, rather, didn't start picking up mileage until .25 miles in.

Ran Skippo course with Bob and Chuck. Thought this would be terrible after yesterday's ride, but it was actually pretty great. Took a chill pace with several walking breaks, and that may have been just what I needed. I felt great while I was running, confident on downhills. Beautiful day, trails in great shape, lots of other runners, riders, and hikers out. Love that!
