Walking 36:15 [1] 2.82 km (12:51 / km)
shoes: INOV TERROC 330

I got to walk with one of the grandkids this evening!

I also got to review the splits analysis. I always look at my worst splits and best splits. Given I was hobbled, my best splits I assume where route choice. #44 to #42 I went straight thru the woods, I'm going to guess a number of people must have stayed on the path. On 50 to 53, I went along Harrison and attacked the control from behind the shopping center, I had to go to the North of the shopping because the south side was blocked with construction equipment in active use. I'm going to guess a lot of the runners went back into the woods and across the school parking lot to snag 53.

Walking 35:20 [1] 2.82 km (12:32 / km)
shoes: INOV TERROC 330

Soaked toe in Epsom salts. Still very sore, had it wrapped with tender tape on Saturday during the meet. Only real problem I had with it was I could not push off using the front of the foot, so I was using the heel of the foot. Woke up today with the calf in knots from pushing with the heel.
