Orienteering race 47:30 [3] 8.0 km (5:56 / km)
SSS 22 at Beacon Hill. Great course! Probably the most challenging SSS I've done. Had to walk most of the rough tracks again. Probably wouldn't have got too much more had I ran it all because navigating the tracks and green parts was difficult enough walking! Scored 390, 100pts behind the leaders Michael, Patrik 490 and Andy 480.
