Icy rain this morning so we went for a hike instead of a ride. Nice and mushy out there!

Weekend trip to Brown County! Trails were closed so we did a wet and nasty gravel ride! My small chain ring kept sucking up my chain so i had to stay in the big ring and monster it up the steep hills!

Attempted Palos but the snow was so fresh fresh that it was total resistance and balance training! Super tough to push through and we kept sliding out all over the place! Short ride but a tough one!

Bootcamp 1:00:00 [5]

Super tough bootcamp today! Started off with timed cardio circuits with ropes and resistance band sprints, then a whole lot of abs, and then ended with an 8 minute and a 6 minute AMRAP. I wanted to challenge myself so i wore a 12 pound vest through the whole thing! I’m already feeling that challenge!
