Ride from Dempsy back to the ferry. The Seattle Friday night air was thick with pot in several areas along my route.

Ride from the ferry back to Day road. Raced a commuter off the ferry and we had a good clip going. It was pretty nice to have another rider join up in the dark night adding to our overall visibility on the road.

Aqua-run in the pool while kid#1 was in swim lessons. My knee was really hurting today. The goal was just to try and get some active recovery in. The pool was pretty busy today.

DH ski at Mission Ridge. Rode the quad up as a family and that was a fun milestone. Skied the morning with the kiddos. Both kids are skiing real well. Slopes were empty today. Fun memories.

Indoor climbing with the fam. Fun to get on the wall again. The kids are doing real well at it. I remember when we were taking kid #1 to the gym when he was just a baby in the car seat while CJ and I would climb routes. Time certainly flies.
