Bike Leg of Ski to Sea. Hammered pretty hard down the first bit of the course. Hit a lull in the middle part of the course and then picked up a paceline with a few other guys later in the race. I was 69th on my leg and felt pretty good about that.
Easy warmup with the team then 3x (4:00 tempo x 1:00 rec.) on the grass and MS track. My left hamstring was a little tight during and after the workout.
