mac uni gym -> sports fileds -> Busaco rd -> Lane cove valley walk -> cove st (drink at #7 .. thanks) and back
ran all the hills at a decent pace,
put some blister pads on my heels on Tuesday ..
bad news is these didn't stay on during the run
good news is my right foot felt ok, my left felt uncomfortable, but not painful
quick swim and stretch in pool for a warm down
