Really happy with the session, felt stronger than the previous week, ran the last one without looking at the watch so good to be right in the spread of times.
and no silly 400s at the end, so legs feeling good today (wed)

More stetching and strength work, did a bitmore strenght stuff than recently, including some squats. Maybe could do with finding a gym - or making sure these sessions are productive (todays' was)
