Nice course by Mike Dvorsky. The vegetation seems to have thinned out since the map was drawn, and the forest was quite pleasant, except for the huge ravines, where you could probably see the skeletons of orienteers who went in and couldn't get back out. I ran well, except when I did a 180 out of #9 and had to backtrack, losing about 4 minutes. I was also a little clumsy on #13 and 14, and Nadim passed me for 2nd place right there.

GNC Day 2, Brown X. Even better than yesterday. I made about 20 seconds worth of errors between 8 and 9. Fast woods, lots of hills, and not a lot of technical difficulty, can't get much better for me. I think I was about 10 minutes up in combined time.
