First of my allowed training runs and the one muscle that's causing most of the pain still hurts. I was able to run and use my right leg, which is a huge improvement. Also, now as I enter this, after 2 sets of PT exercises it feels better and not painful. Hopefully I'll be able to ease/heal it back into running form...
