Running 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)

A total guesstimate on the time and distance. It felt like Sagi and I had the park all to ourselves tonight! Where was everyone?! In any case, it was to our advantage, and we ran from the bottom to the top of the park and almost all the way down again. The best treat was that after I dropped Sagi off at his place, I passed by YOGURTLAND! Heaven.... now I know to walk home on first avenue from 70th st everytime I run in the park. It is the BEST reward.

Climbing 1:30:00 [3]

A long session in long island city... with Sagi and Sara, and even Mike for bit. What a treat. Mike belayed me on a steep 5.12 and I actually performed pretty decently on it. Sick! (that's the expression Mike likes to use).

Running 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Run from home to central park and then once around the reservoir. Spent more time brunching right afterwards. Yum. Gorgeous day!

Climbing 1:00:00 [3]

My first leader fall while attempting an overhang on the second pitch of Bloody Mary at the gunks! Thrilling! Best trad lead ever! Can't wait to try again next weekend.

Haha, just read the description of the second pitch on Mountain Project:

"P2: Traverse left from the tree belay ~30' on easy ground, climb up to the first set of overhangs, then traverse back right to clear the main overhang at a weakness. Continue to the GT ledge. This pitch is not for the faint of heart, or the faint of followers! "
