Was planning to do the Farms/Field/Forest loop. Started feeling a knot in my lower R calf about 1 mile in. Tried stretching it at 2 miles but that only seemed to move it further into my calf. Stopped again at 2.5 miles to try some more and then at the end finally to a rest and stretched some but it wasn't getting any better so I had to give up. Had to walk all the way back.
Rest of my body was feeling really good. Would have been a really good run otherwise I think.
Not sure what the poroblem is from. Seems like it has to be a pulled muscle. The only guess I have is from when I fell skating yesterday. I didn't feel anything then and haven't felt anything since then even while riding in this morning. Likely going to have to give it a full week off.
