Had my screening. From the podiatry side, my calves are tight so need to stretch them more. Also when I start running again I need to get some trainers which are slightly less supportive and with a softer heel. From the physio side I'm tight through my back (still) and glutes/hip flexors/ITB. Need to focus on rolling and stretching them properly.
