Managed to get myself to the gym. 5mins easy at start and end. 4:1 intervals inbetween, worked hard.

Easy run from the flat, wanted to get out and didn't fancy the gym. Knee felt fine :) Went to Blackford and back.

Bench Press (37.5kg), Back squat (40kg), DB SA row (12-16kg), DB step up and drive (10 each hand).
3 x 8 exercises 30:13, 1min20s between.

Feeling really tired, partly because the session was tough and partly because I'm still feeling a bit coldy. So couldn't really face longer.

Note

Had my screening. From the podiatry side, my calves are tight so need to stretch them more. Also when I start running again I need to get some trainers which are slightly less supportive and with a softer heel. From the physio side I'm tight through my back (still) and glutes/hip flexors/ITB. Need to focus on rolling and stretching them properly.

Only time for one circuit at the end, had to get away to lectures.

5mins easy at start and end. Then a workout in-between. Feeling a bit sluggish.
