It is flying visit - arriving next Monday morning (26 May) and leaving Tuesday evening. Not sure casn squeeze a run in, except perhaps for early Tuesday morning?
hmm probably not gonna happen. Tuesday morning doable but hurt my able yesterday and think it needs a few days r&r before running. enjoy the tail end of autumn canberra!
