Great job, Riley!

Do you have easy access to a bush map near you?

If so, see if you can draw some legs and do O intervals on the map.
Eg. Draw a start triangle, 4-5 legs, and a finish circle. Then start again. You could aim to do a total of approx 5 km on the map.

It will be good navigational training for Easter.

I forgot to say that you just walk from one finish circle to the next start triangle. I am sure you would have figured it out.
Have a read of my post to Jack's.

Thanks very much Su Yan!

While I have a great patch of bushland just down the road from me where I have been doing lots of terrain running, unfortunately it isn't mapped! Other than that the nearest maps are about 1/2 hour, but now that its the holidays I should have some more time to head out and do some bush training.

I was actually planning on doing some terrain O-intervals and some other navigation/terrain training while I am helping out at Mini Cyclones Camp in two weeks!

Nice.

Get hold of the map that the camp is held at and draw some O intervals for yourself.

You will probably be doing well if you can do one set of O intervals as it can get busy at mini cyclones camp anyhow.

Remember to taper down a little for Easter. So don't wear yourself out too much as it is a multi day event.

Stay well and injury free.
