Good luck for Sunday Anthony!

Many thanks, Jason! Looking forward to it with the usual mix of apprehension and excitement. Plan is to start slow and get slower. At about 35km the course goes within a few hundred metres of my apartment, so am hoping to resist the temptation to go home for a lie down and a Tim-Tam (we have actually found a shop in Paris that sells them!) :-)

ooh 35k more difficult than usual - home so close adn tim tams! Reckon you are running about now so hope you are still running!!!!!
