I think a miss of 1-3mins you can possibly blame on the map. 12.5mins however, entirely my own doing.

better, but still lots to work on
wish I was getting some extra sexy Scottish forest like you are this week, you're fast becoming uncatchable! (apart from sprint of course!) First things first though - some terrain strength so I can last longer and stand a chance of executing plans (or even make some!). A lot of time-loss this weekend was due to nervousness of getting very lost (#4 and #7 on CaB), but hopefully some bearing work will start making me a bit more confident.
