Hi Molly...Eric told me your attack point name at practice last night....The biking and faster running , where normally good well placed training, may be aggrevating your injuries...Good work on your knee exercises now expnad this to hip exercises...I have some benign exercises that might help (email me if you are interested) ...Good idea to take it easy for a few days...Good luck on the weekend..
