getting better. i've been doing the frankenstein micro-current thing a couple times a day, and even purchased the 'old lady sock' as per the suggestion of spaff. both seem to be really helping. i'm still going to keep off it for another week just to make sure. doctor moose says i keep tearing the scar tissue every time i run too far before it's totally healed - nnnnnnnice!
