well, the numbness is pretty much gone, but now i've trashed the fascia on the bottom of my right foot. argh!!!! my chiro gave me a portable micro current thingy to use, so hopefully that will speed things up! i will stick to cycling for the next couple of weeks, try to be patient, and hopefully all will be good again!
and maybe i'll go get some new ink with airman!

Well, guess it's good news on the numbness being gone.

As for your PF...There may not be anyone offering BioFlex Laser treatments in your area, but if there is, I'd check it out. Very good.

Also, the best home care item I've used is the Strassburg sock www.thesock.com . You can also make your own too and save a few $'s.
