Good luck @ PYP! Fiddle heads, fry them up with some butter! My dad used to stop the car at the side of the road when I was little, I think its an east coast thing!

And there's some food safety advice I just learned about last year. Apparently you have to be careful with them - although I never was before!

thanks airman, but i'm not going. my foot is also f*cked! i have tennessee in 7 weeks and HAVE to be good by then. and as for the fiddleheads, not too worried about some toxin. i make a habit of eating expired foods, so i should be fine!! haha!
