For abandoning me this week!!! We got the good rooms, but there are guys in here from the CISO course and they are playing a guitar, bongo drums and singing really loud. You would be begging to hear some Cinderella at this point!!

I did have a good 45 minute room atleast!

Sorry bro! This course is brutal but at least I am at home and don't need to write an exam and I am off Friday! Sounds good with the running. I have a coach for thr 50 k and started my training this week.
