Discussion: S.O. Semifinals

It looks like you're on the startlist for the N.O. Semi-Finals in Normandy. If so we should try to meet up!

that would be good. I am under a time constraint as I have to be back in paris in time to catch a plane out to the US at 17.50! So I asked for an early start time (9.24) and will be jumping in the car pretty much straight after I finish and driving like mad back home for a quick shower, change and drive to the airport. I see you are off at 9.54 so we might meet before or after the run, albeit briefly! My car is fairly distinctive - silver Peugeot 407 brake with green CD number plates (it will be the only one like it there!). Hope to catch up.

You're a regular globetrotter. Even with an early start time, I'd have a chance of missing my flight...my orienteering skills aren't that great yet. I've been known to spend 2.5 hours on a course that was won in an hour or so. ;-P
Are you there for the MD the afternoon before? We're still trying to arrange accommodations, so I'm not sure where we'll be staying but we could possibly meet up before or after that race. It looks like you start 4' after me. In which case we will probably also meet in passing at the first or second control. ;-)

I will have to give the MD a miss unfortunately as I have a few commitments back here in Paris before I take off for the US. On Saturday night, I am staying at the Hotel du Tribunal in Mortagne au Perche about 40km the Paris side of Radon, arriving about 8pm I suspect.

To bad about the MD. We're staying at Garden Hotel in Sees unless plans change. I'll look for you Sunday morning, probably more before the run than after...you'll probably be showered and on your way back to Paris before I finish ;-)
