Verily do I also suck at getting up early to train, yet I always feel wonderfully virtuous when I actually do. I wonder if it would work to establish a challenge, e.g.both of us (and anyone else with a similar problem) plan to train early one morning between Mon.-Thurs. every week, except where extenuating circumstances have been declared in advance. Whoever doesn't do it is a rotten egg - or perhaps we can think of a worse penalty - beyond the public shame of the entire AP world knowing that we have failed, which goes without saying.

You are what you eat, so Jon can never be an egg, rotten or good. Maybe he can be the mo(u)ldy bread. And I can volunteer to be the Mold Prevention Enforcement Officer.

Thank you for the optional "u" in mouldy. Obviously you are a Canadian sympathizer.

I'm not sure I want to formally give AP that much power. And why should I when I have an MPEO to render self-discipline superfluous :)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't really want to get up early either. ;-)
