Yea, it is a big year! 50 still doesn't roll off my tongue very easily.
I'm afraid I won't be making it to Poitiers. I didn't really feel like I was in race shape for last weekend, but was asked a few weeks ago when somebody else cancelled. Of course these days if I need to be in race shape to race, I'd never race.

It certainly isn't getting easier over the years to get in or stay in shape! The body doesn't respond like it did even just a few years ago :-)

I wonder who it was that snuck up on us and hit us with an "old man stick"? ;-) He didn't seem to affect you too much last weekend :-)
