Happy to see your hip was good enough to let you race in all 3 sprints! I recall it was a much more painful experience a couple weekends ago. What made the difference?
Don't know... Keeping up with my PT, taking two rest days between runs, forcing good posture to become a habit, or maybe a combination of all three.
My hip was sore after the third race but it was nowhere near as bad as a week ago! If I keep healing at this rate I'll hopefully be able to complete both days at the US Champs with minimal pain or damage. Hopefully!!!!
