I totally get this! And there are spells of just silly busy times that are sometimes unavoidable. So remember that sleep means you’re recovering and an important part of training. It’s ok to prioritize it over another training session when your body needs more!! But also that resting your mind and body for even a few minutes throughout the day also helps the reset. And relaxing helps you as well which could just be listening to your favorite music!
